I love mint green Christmas decor. It is fresh, inviting and beautiful. I also love meringues. So, to complement the green Christmas theme, I like to make mint green Christmas tree meringues.

They are perfect to serve as a delightful desert or as a snack that goes perfectly with my mint green Christmas ornaments.
